I put it in the cd drive and an popup says that TrueVector cannot log on and to use the service manager to shut down the TrueVector and restart the installer program. Anybody had something like this before. Any answers will definetly be appreciated.

TrueVector is a major issue from maker of this SW. please call maker of program and they will walk your thru on how to fix it. maker is Computer Associates - ca.com

if you got the sowtware thru your internet provider - call them - this waty you will get free support for sure

uninstall Zonealarm Internet Security software in safemode then restart your computer . then reinstall Zonealarm Internet Security
as for anyone saying Zonealarm Internet Security software is no good ignore them it is the verry best of all i have this and works fine on my computer

You have one major problem with this situation. You have fell victim to Microsoft. The windows updates is a way for microsoft to check your pc for illegal software. Congrads you have joined the elite few to fall victim to that and there is no way to solve this problem besides getting your hard drive scrambled. So good luck with that.
