Well technically none of them are in Michigan.
They surround the state. The ones that actually touch the borders of Michigan are Lake Superior, Lake Michigan, Lake Huron, and Lake Erie.
Just a side note: Lake Ontario lies on the borders of New York and Canada.

Lake Huron
Lake Erie
Lake St. Clair is a little one between Lake Erie and Lake Huron.
Lake Ontario is no where near Michigan.

There are no great lakes in Michigan, however, there are four great lakes bordering Michigan, Superior, Huron, Erie, and Michigan. Ontario is the only on that doesn't border Michigan.
