I've heard good things about both...and I lived in Phoenix for 2 years. it was a lot of fun and met some great people, who I still talk to today. However, I've never been to Dallas

Well, as someone who has lived in both - go for Dallas!! Phoenix real estate is INSANELY expensive, plus be ready for some brutal summers!!
