What classes should I take if I want to be a psychologist?

I'm thinking about:
AP Biology
Psychology
Sociology

Would I need any speaking classes? :(

Most universities and junior college require a type of "general education" in which a speech class is required. You should speak to your advisor about classes they recommend and to determine that all your classes qualify towards your degree. Best of luck!

I wouldn't turn down the opportunity to take speech. Being able to effectively communicate ideas is applicable to many of life's endeavors. Especially if you were to become involved in research, you could be asked to speak to a professional association regarding your results.

As for other classes: those you mentioned are a good idea, and if you can take an anthropology class, do that as well. Good luck with your studies.
