swollen glands under eyes, sides of nose?

My boyfriend has a strange swelling on his cheek by the sides of his nose and just under the corner of his eyes.

Any suggestions about how to relieve the pressure it is causing?

Sounds like it could be sinusitis, which is caused by an infection in the upper nasal region. One of the main symptoms is a pain right across the cheekbones and a soreness of the eyes. This is easily treated with over the counter drugs that are especially for this complaint!

Sounds like a sinus infection to me. Better go see a doctor.
