all good ideas so far!
what about colored contacts? not something horribly dramatic like red eyes or cat eyes or something... but you can make subtle changes to your eye color (for example, a slightly "brighter" OR slightly deeper/darker brown, if you currently have medium brown eyes) that make a huge difference in your whole face. people will do a double take and ask themselves, "what's different about her?!" without being able to figure out just what it is...
also (in case you haven't done this yet), eyelash curlers make a HUUUUGE difference in opening up the eyes and brightening the whole face. i love mine! i recommend Shiseido, which you can buy at Nordstom or Macy's for $16.

Well you can use eyeshadow in different colors that match your skin tone, apply blush, and wear a colored lipgloss. It will give your look a special added touch! You should get your hair cut into layers with side bangs!

Well, if you are looking for a new look, maybe try a slight hair cut, or a few new items of clothing. That would make someone look different to me.
