As title, does the "OC" and "XXX" make any difference?

They are both overclocked versions. OC stands for overclocked, and XXX is XFXs designation that denotes overclocking. Look at the core clock speed and the memory speed of the two in question, whichever one has the higher two speeds is faster. The stock speeds are 575 for core clock and 1800 for memory, but both of the models you are looking at should be higher.
