Blue shimmer i shadow is always so pretty. As long as it isn't like a really dark blue then it will look great!

no its not a no no, just dont wear it from the start of your eyelashes to the beginning of your eyebrows, as that will look silly, why dont you try wearing some blue eyeliner around your eyes (very thin line) and then do the blue shimmer eyeshadow on the corners? on the inside (between the corners of your eyes) you should wear a color like champagne toast from wet n wild cosmetics. (its like a beige color). avoid doing too much blue shimmer eyeshadow, or you will look like a little girl who is trying mommies makeup.. ;)

I think that if it is a formal occassion it would look nice, but not for every day. I think it may look better if you use and light blue from the lash line to your brow line, your shimmery blue from your lash line to your crease and then a dark blue in your crease. Then use a black mascara. It will look really good and it will totally compliment your dress!

Only wear blue shimmer if you plan on hookin' after the banquet!

Try pearl or grey eyeshadow -- have fun!

It really depends on your skin tone, eye color, and the shade of the shadow as well as the shade of the dress. My rule though is always if i think it looks good, then i go with it no matter what other people might say.

yeah, if your wearing a blue dress then i suggest you shouldnt wear matching blue eyeshadow, try 2 go for something more neutral.. it would be overkill to b wearing a blue dress plus blue eye shadow

i don't really like blue eye shadow if it is a bright dark co,or but if it is a light blue that matches your skin tone sure. i like lighter colors that don't really show. maybe try a color that is barely noticable. makeup wasn't made to show people how much makeup you can put on but to cover up weak spots that you don't like on your face.

No! Never match your eyeshadow to your dress I would suggest maybe a smoky eyes or try shimmery metallic eyes.

Not if it is in the evening and not during the day. The Stars do it all the time, especially Beyonce and it looks gorgeous
