i need to know how does it work and who sells the houses. what hours the person works and what they really do. u can copy and paste information cuz i need ALOT OF IT. i cant find it anywhere. then i gotta do 5 pages. dang. best answer gets all 5 stars.

There is a lot of work that goes into selling a house.Most of it the average person does not see. There are listing agents and buying agents and some do both. The realtors handle all advertising and open houses, and all paperwork. They also deal with all questions that might come up. Selling or buying a house can be very stressful without a realtor.

I dont think there is a lot of man hours involved in being a realtor!!
