Her Majesty The Queen speaks English (naturally) and French fluently, having been taught both from Her earliest days. Her Majesty has been round the world more than a few times and She never seems lost for words. Queen Victoria spoke German French and English and so did Edward VII, however after 2 World Wars, the German language fell out of favour. I have a feeling that Prince Charles, also fluent in French, can speak some German.

She is fluent in French, she also studied German and Latin . However when called upon to do so, she can read a speech in other European languages. She is apparently an excellent mimic and`` does ``quite a few well personalities, people who can do this and who are good at accents usually find it quite easy to learn a foreign language.

Well as she is a qualified mechanic and served with the ATS during the last war and is married to a former sailor i would suggest she could probably use coarse language (swear) quite fluently too.

She should be able to speak German as all the royal family are German parasites, but I do not know about other languages.
