.flv converters?

okay, so far i've used them all, and so far only one has worked but it's trial has expired

does anyone have a good .flv converter, i need it to go to either .mp4 or mpeg (oh, this is for video iPod just to help inform you all.)

I have one that is free called Super Video. It converts any file to any other type of file. I've used it for a few mpg4 converts and it's worked fine on my iPod. The program can be found here:
