This is just patently untrue. Both men and women have cravings for certain foods (like chocolate) when they have fluctuations in their hormone levels. The difference is that men fluctuate less often (their cycle is about two months long) whereas, a woman typically cycles each month. This rise and fall in estrogen and testosterone (respectively for women and men) causes a strong desire for the chemicals found in chocolate. Plus, on a social level, women own up to the chocolate love more often than men--possibly this is an ego thing.

The sex of the baby has no bearing on what you crave. You can guess, like everyone else, but you will (hopefully) be able to tell more after having an ultrasound done. Even then, you might not know with 100% certainty. I'm 20 weeks and 4 days and still not sure what we're having. The little stinker wouldn't cooperate at the last ultrasound! Girls dont crave chocolate more than boys. It's simply easier to get girls to join a GROUP dedicated to chocolate than it is to get boys to join a group that is so decidedly non-masculine.

Woman are more likely to tell how they really feel. There are some men out there that like to have chocolate on a regular basis, but they don't want to admit it.

you are thinking in the media fabricated way.
just because you see girls in all the chocolate comercials, doesn't mean it's true.
and do you all your girlie friends have nothing better to do than join a club for liking chocolate? go for a walk. go and see a film. have a conversation about the world.
expand your horizons.

boys are less likely to express their feelings, so in return they vent by doing gay stuff with their friends. (gay, as in funny, cute gay). us girls on the other hand, talk to our friends about our problems, then we all go to the nearest candy shop and get chocolate candy bars.
