it depends.. some people that wear a lot of make up all the time have an addiction and THINK they dont look as pretty without it when most of the time that is not the case.. also, some people have low esteem and think they HAVE to wear makeup to be beautiful and they think that that is the right way to look all the time.. u know beautiful and glamorous and they think that is how guys or people on a whole like to see them, when really guys think the less makeup the better because it reveals their natural beauty... so to answer your question NO it does not mean that they are ugly, the may think they are and have doubts but they just dont see what other people see sometimes...

Not necessarily it may mean that they have no concept of how much they are putting on and think its fine when it actually makes them look like a porn star or whore but then again some guys like that another possibility is that they are trying to even out skin blemishes and put on more than the think it just comes down to its on purpose or accident and maybe they are trying to look older than they really are to get with someone or toget in somewhere so thats what i think about it

No it means they think they are pretty sometimes. Because some people think the prettier you are the better you look in makeup. and for some girls they think they look ugly so they wear makeup.

I think they believe the advertisements that makeup will make them more attractive. I do not think make-up is attractive but natural beauty is. Women who do not wear makeup have fewer wrinkles later on. Their pores aren't clogged from it, they haven't been rubbing it on and off several times a day for years. Christian women who don't wear it live cleanly and are just more beautiful at any age. I think self acceptance is important and I accept the way God made me and have nothing to hide. Why shouldn't others do the same?

i guess! cas i have a friend that all ways wares a lot of make up and she all ways turns herself down i ware make up but not a lot just enough to show but not a lot i think that looks really tacky!

I don't think so. My best friend wears a good bit and she is really goregeous even without it. She just likes it. So I don't think all people wear it because they think they are ugly. They just like wearing it for some reason.

sometimes, but other times they just like wearing a lot of makeup. i think its up to the person to say how much it too much...

No it means they are trying lots of products to find which one works best.I hope that's the reason because beauty is only skin deep.
