Girlfriend...unfortunately if the Tylenol isnt working then you may be out of luck. I had a cold when I was pregnant and the only thing I did was suck on cough drops the entire time. Some home made chicken noodle soup may help. In my recipe I use fresh garlic, jalapenos, cilantro, parsley, and diced tomatoes. It may sound unconventional but it kicks the cold right out. When I am particularly congested I add some curry powder and chili powder as well. It clears the sinuses.

Chamomile Tea by Celestial Seasons works wonders. I didn't like taking medications while being pregnant just to stay on the safe side. I bought the assortment flavors of the tea and all of them made me feel 10 times better. All you have to do is heat up a coffee cup full of water and place a tea bag in there for about 5 minutes. It's really good and you can add a little honey in it to coat your throat! Hope you get to feeling better!

Home remedy....

Fill half of a mug with honey place it in a pot of boling water. Once the honey is liquid squeeze the same amount of lemon/ lime juice in the mug as honey.

Drink it hot (don't burn yoursefl).... and get in bed.
That should help your cold and throat.
Keep your feet warm and your chest covered.

2. Overnight

-Have your loved one rub Vicks vapor rub all over your back and chest.

-Then cover the area with vapor rub with a sheet of newspaper. put a sweater on bundle up and go to sleep.

You will most likely sweat the cold off. In the morning be careful to bundle up because your body's pores will most likely be open so if you got any better you will get worse if you don't bundle up.

You can't do anything but drink lots of fluids and rest up! I hear that lemon drink stuff... neo citrine can help... but you have to read the labor, take nothing with decongestants or expectorants and make sure its just acetaminophen as the pain reliever in it. Talk to the pharmacist, they are trained in this area and will be able to reccomend something for you.

Baby yourself. Stay in bed (may not be easy if you have other children I know) and warm. Honey and lemon in hot water can be soothing, and inhale menthol and eucalyptus vapours to unclog your head. Sleep lots.
