....... use your other hand to grasp the knife handle and adjust the angle of the blade ... the added pressure of your palm on the blade will make scraping the butter a breeze .. you'll get those cute wafer-thin restaurant curls ... the residual heat in the toast will melt them and ...... yes simple, if you stick the blade in the grove of the door , then close the door hard it will break the rest of the blade off. so at least you can still spread the butter on your toast before it get´s cold

yeah the heat from the blood should make it easier to spread the butter
