I'm surprised no one has already mentioned "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" or "The Princess Bride".

I try to quote Tombstone at every opportunity.
Fandango is another with many quotables.
I find many people in society making vague attempts to quote Pulp Fiction, even to this day. The movie is ten years old, and it was one of the last good ones to come out.
Used to be that people quoted Wayne's World. Remember that crap? Ace Ventura was the next goofy movie to get that sort of recognition.

Hands down Star Wars "May the Force be With You". The movie is 30 years old and is quoted like it came out yesterday.
