forget those lists dude,, probly 99 % of those kind of things are scams or scammers,, just wasting ur money. and no , i dont know where to get any either.... Just work out, eat alot of protein or protein powder shakes,, and get some rest between workouts, u will be much better off in the long run, which is what matters more than being BIG Now.
