Ultima GTR holds the world record for 0 to 100mph and back to 0 again. 9.8 seconds is pretty quick
It will do 0-60 in 2.8 seconds - 0.4 secs faster than the McLaren F1, but 0.3 secs slower than the Bugatti Veyron.
These are standard production cars, but it is possible to take just about any road car and modify it to be faster to 60 than a Veyron.

I don't have the 0-60's but on a broad basis, many car enthusiasts believe that the McClaren F1 is the quickest but by stats the Bugatti Veyron can reach the highest speeds.

the fastest road going car is the McCLaren Roadcar, it goes from 0-60 in 3 seconds, and has a top speed of 232 miles an hour.
