I just read a bit about your condition and it doesn't sound like exercise or physical therapy would be of much help. It appears to be a malformation of the vertebrae. Did your doctor suggest surgery or any kind of therapy? You may want to consult an orthopedic surgeon and see if surgery can help you. So sorry to hear and I hope you can get help soon.

Spondylosis can be treated very successfully with Physical Therapy and exercise. The key is to stabilize the segments of the spine that are affected. The physical therapist will probably have you doing core stabilization exercises to help make this happen. Good luck.

Well my brother had spondylolisthesis....not that..but i'm pretty sure they are similar. I dont think it will improve in exercise...the best option is to get surgery..
but here are some things that could help remove pain...

Bodywork Therapies: Acupressure
Lyrica (Pregabalin)
Electromedicine: TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation)
Percocet etc. (Oxycodone; Acetaminophen)
Diagnostic Tests: CT / CAT Scan (Computerized Axial Tomography)
Bextra (Valdecoxib)
Celebrex (Celecoxib)
Duragesic etc. (Fentanyl Transdermal)
Flexeril etc. (Cyclobenzaprine)
Soma etc. (Carisoprodol)
