Since sport activities increase the feel good factor, do you think it should be part of a comprehensive treatment for those that suffer mental disorders and where has it been done.

Yes. I think that psychologists should prescribe healthy diet and exercise before resorting to pills. Anti depressants and such trigger endorphins and other chemicals in your body to give you that feel good feeling. But those same chemicals are released naturally by eating the proper foods and exercising. I think this would help alot of people who suffer with depression.

It can, but discuss that with the Dr. involved. It also helps keep a person healthy and that can help in the mental part of life.
You need to work that out with yourself and any in the treatment.
