She could do this one where she takes 2 types of similar pop brands, like Pepsi and Coke, and do a blind taste test with x amount of people and record her findings.

U can u help ur daughter create a nightvision camera.
1-If u have an old digital camera or u can get one for about $50
what's important that it has a CMOS lens, i really don't know what does that mean.
2-Get some remote control sensors, u can find it in any Infrared remote controller device, u can get 1 for 2 bucks
3-Get a 9V battery, one of the big ones
4-Connect them together ( the battery and the IR sensors)
5-Go somewhere dark and aim the sensors (7 sensors at least) at an object and make sure that u've connected them <<<
6-Power up the camera and take a look at the object,
