Tight blue jeans and a belly shirt? No way. I'd definitely say a tight mini skirt and tank top- preferably a cute pink one with pink lace.

I can't answer for the guys and each one is different but for my hubby it's definitely the mini skirt! He's a leg and butt man so he prefers the skirts, the shorter the better!

The first one implies promiscuity more, so it is hotter in a 'slutty' kinda way (no offence meant of course). The second gives a more rough and ready look. So they are both hot in different ways...
