So the UN is spending valuable money supplying their troops with stuff that a decent soldier would not consider using, or having the need to use it? Yeah, Bush really should have listened to them, I guess.

why would troop members need condoms over seas...i mean are they going to have an iraqi baby.. dont think so...also if the condoms were for home use before they left they could just buy the condoms themelves

maybe they were busy getting them supplies that the actually NEEDED!! come on condoms are not a must have, and they are wherever you are talking about to work not whoring around.... soldiers need sex just as much as the next person yes, but not un resp to supply
