I'm not sure, but I know that if you have back pain and cold symptoms, you may want to see a Dr, sometimes thats a sign of pneumonia. Good Luck.

The pain in your back could be bronchitis, pneumonia, or pleurisy. Or it could just be the common aches and pains associated with the flu. But you'll want to get it checked out.

Congestion in your lungs can feel like it's clogging up the middle of your back. Sometimes letting a hot shower run on your back for a while helps. (Sometimes it doesn't.)

No but it can develop into broncitis and that can lodge in your back.
