Use a hair dryer and a razor blade.......Heat the decal with the dryer, and then carefully start to bring up the corners with the blade. If the decal is on paint be careful not to scratch it while picking the corners. Once you get a good amount of the corners up start to heat the decal and peel it up.

Use a plastic scraper so you don't scratch the glass, then use WD-40 to clean up any sticky stuff left over, clean with windex, and your'e there!! Or, try the blow dryer, then the WD-40!!
