I say that "being happy" is the most important thing in a person's life & I imagine if it was something that gave you enough satisfaction you could die for it.
Lets see how many people say "God" right off the bat because they're upbringing prevents them from having too much creative thought in this area.

Change. What would make my life worth living is being able to end it knowing that I made some difference for the better in the world or someone elses life.

At this point in time in my life it has to be my wife who is most important to me. I have the financial resources and reasonably good health but without her company I don't think they will have much value to me. At certain age you need the company of someone that you know so well and love and trust. In my case it's my wife that we are together for past past 40 years and life has been so kind to us.

LIFE ITSELF, nothing more important...To die? for something? what a weird idea. It had been said that anything else is a dust and it is, comes and goes, born and dies ...Life is going on without our questionable values...I choose Life with deep respect and Love to that Creation...That which Life provide is respected accordingly, but way secondary with no priority or preferences...

The most important thing in my life that is worth my life i what my life have had to offer to me.
In other words, it would meant "everything".
I would "DIE" to "LIVE"...
as long as i can, the best i can, for everything i can.

My boyfriend/fiance. He's the most important thing to me. I would die for him definitely because I assume that means I would save him from death and I wouldn't want that to happen to him.

God and my hamster are the reason I try to live and move forward and not backwards-he knows me better than anybody else, and he knows I have issues, and I wan to learn from them and fix them and go strong in life-I also know that my hamster is the one individual that I as crazy as this sounds, would do anything and give up everything for-he just makes me smile like no one else can because I don't have to pretend to be anything or anyone and he doesn't judge me, he loves me and I love him. :)
