While the sentiment may be good, in all practicallity, it is unlikely to happen. Remember, there are billions of people living without clean water, access to medical care, or enough food to be able to eat every day. What would we, the richest country in the world, tell them to be thankful for?

I think that only North American's celebrate Thanksgiving. I could be wrong. It's earlier in Canada because It gets colder sooner or so they say

As nice as it sounds, I don't think all the religions of the world would want to pay homage to a holiday that began as a Christian institution.
