"Lonkee" is most likely the company that manufactured the item. "Swatow" refers to the chinese city where it was manufactured. Swatow is also known as Shantou:

Swatow is a chinese port city on the coast of the China Sea. A course porcelain widely known as "swatow ware" was manufactured there and shipped all over the world in the 16th and 17th centuries. It is still a manufacturing center and is known for metal castings and metal work in addition to ceramics ware.

It is impossible to attach a value to your piece without more information and pictures. If you do a Yahoo search for "lonkee" and "swatow" you will find more information.

Good luck with your valuation.

Seems to relate to Chinese made pewter drinking vessels. I doubt it is a phonetic translation, but might refer to the area where it was made or perhaps the factory.
