I have a friend who works at Olive Garden, he says everything is deep fried or comes in frozen. Red Lobster is also a sister company of Olive Garden. If you like lobster try Monk Fish also known as "poor mans lobster" many people think it tastes better. I have heard that both restaraunts use pre bagged sauces and seasonings. Nothing from scratch.
Cheesecake factory is just plain OVERPRICED

Olive Garden. I've never had Cheesecake Factory but it seems like it has good food. Red Lobster I don't like because I HATE seafood. Olive Garden is good because the have great salads there and the bread sticks are THE BEST!!

C h e e s e c a k e ------- FACTORY ------- Olige garden and Red lobster are owned by the same corporation and their food has been lacking style and taste over the last few years. Cheesecake factory is always putting new items on the menu and has a more contemporary crowb and a better atmosphere.

I don't like seafood and there's no Cheesecake Factory near where I live [I never heard of the place, although I do love cheesecake] so that leaves Olive Garden.

Olive Garden (for the salad). Red Lobster if you dont live in Florida (florida has many seafood restaurants that puts Red Lobster to shame).

Olive Garden or Cheesecake Factory.
The Red Lobster where I live (Torrance, CA) has the worst service of any restaurant we've ever been to, bar none. We gave them three tries and they couldn't get it right. Last time was an embarrassment-- took my 75-year-old father for dinner there, and our waitress had a bad case of the slows while three other wait-people stood around doing nothing. Tried to get one of them to get a cup of coffee for my father. "You're not my table," she informed me, and went back to doing nothing. Things went downhill from there. On our way out, we talked to the manager. He just shrugged our complaint off. I will never go back to Red Lobster even though I liked the food.
