WOW, when I first read the sentence, it sounded to me like it may be advice given to you by a psychic or clairvoyant or some other spiritual reader. Is this correct? In any case, I'll comment on the the last sentence, "It involves finding some way to achieve more of a happy balance between opposite drives pulling you apart." You are being told that the next change in your life or action in your life will not be a huge major one. Instead it will be an action or a decision that you will make that will help you to stop overdoing it in an area of your life. For example, let's say you work way too many hours at your job and you do nothing else much with your time besides eat and sleep. The action you will take will help you to reduce the number of hours you work and then fill those hours with other activities so that there is a more even balance between work and other life activities. That's just an example. If this is a horoscope telling you this, beware that generic horoscopes are very broad and can apply to anyone and anything.

To me it means that affordable housing or low income housing is being taken over by corporations or by the government.

Basically means they're selling a lot of housing, affordable by their terms. But, you gotta remember it's by their terms.
