Khadafi Janjalani is the leader of the Abu Sayyaf group, a foreign terrorist organization. Janjalani has warrants out for his arrest for one count of murder, one count of armed robbery, and ten counts of kidnapping.

Janjalani was indicted in the District of Columbia for his alleged involvement in terrorist acts against United States nationals and other foreign nationals in and around the Republic of the Philippines.

Abu Sayaff group was established by former fighters against defunct Soviet Union. Mr. Kadafi Janjalani took the command of group after the death of his elder brother. His younger brother is in Jail. His groups was responsible for murders and hostage taking .
He also provided shelter to two persons belonging to the radical group Islamic indonésio Jemaa Islamiya, are known as Umar Patek and Dulmatin involved in Bali bombing. All three were having huge rewards and are dead.
His dead body was recovered with the help of prisoners of his group. DNA test has confirmed his death.
