Goku from the Dragon Ball series. Why? Well at the end of the thing he is almost a god basically (all that energy and he mastered all Super Saiyan forms). He'd make all these other superheroes pale in comparison!
Also he doesn't rely on equipment to do his thing. No gadgets to help him, its just him and his ki. Also he is the best martial artist in the universe basically, can teleport, fly, blow stuff up no matter how strong!

White Falcon - a superhero that wear all black leather custom made costume with a white falcon symbol and a black leather trench coat, glue on black rubber falcon mask like Robin, black leather gloves, throwing falcon ninja stars and other falcon weapons, a black concept motorcycle and car equip with bullet proof shield, bullet proof armor, machine guns, jet engine for speed, and missiles. No superpowers. Just cool gadgets and martial arts skills.

Batman or V for Vendetta, because they don't need ANY powers to kick azz, so they don't have to worry about their powers being taken away or neutralized.
Also, they are both master fighters, acrobats, extremely clever, have kewl gadgets, neat outfits, lots of money, and are just cool all around.

I'd be more of a villain - Taskmaster.
He's got photographic reflexes: It's the ability to watch somebody do something, like a martial arts demonstration, & mimic it move for move.

I'd like to be Orochimaru and yes i know he's not really any hero in naruto but still he's the coolest villain in naruto plus he can performs cool jutsu and his voice just creep the hell out of me.

IRON MAN. Because in the Armour you are practically invulnerable, have awesome firepower, super strength, can fly and when you take off the armour no one would know who you are.
