Can those usb tv tuners run on a laptop with pentium 3, 400mhz?

i recently upgraded my motherboard and cpu from a pent2 333mhz to a pent 3 400mhz and a 2.0 usb port. I want a usb tv tuner for just watching tv, nothing else. will any on the market work, like this one, http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1961041&Tab=11&NoMapp= , or any of the ones like on ebay?

if should work, make sure you look at the minimum requirements for it. my guess is it will. just as long as your video card is atleast 16 MB, 8 will work but i don't think it will go any lower.
it will help if you are only watching tv, and have minimal backround programs running.
