Yes, I attend classes held by the grand Master Dava at his Whittling Workshop in Whitby on Wednesdays. I now have The Mona Lisa cut out of an enigmatic shaped King Edward and i'm currently whittling Michelangelo's David out of a cucumber.

Yams, they're the best. Although with the right knife avocados, aubergines and artichokes can all create eye catching centre pieces for a cozy soiree. The oooooooooh factor though, is only guaranteed with yams.

I have carved little penises out of mini carrots before and radish roses but thats it.

only carrots and parsnips...........they seem to be the only ones to keep their firm texture after whittling shapes!!

yes, with my teeth. I make pictures in my corn on the cob.I'm quite skilled in many areas.

sort of, mostly roundish shapes, sometimes stick shapes... sometimes i make spring onions look all frayed at the ends....
because they are worth it lol
