did that guy really say buy a Honda ill give you a stock Honda 4 cylinder engine and 3000 dollars and ill take a 350 and 3000 dollars and there is nothing you can do to get more horsepower than my small block as far as the camaro going faster its all in the gears that's where you are going to feel the most improvement then you should put a nice little shift kit in the trans and if you do change the cam make sure that you get a good stall converter so you can get the most out of your cam

If you want horsepower, pull the engine and go for a 350 small block at the least. pull the cast iron heads and throw a set of aluminum heads on it. If that would cost too much, start pulling out the extra weight in the car e.i. spare tire and jack, sway bar, AC if it doesn't work. You can also buy a fiberglass hood. Check out Thirdgen.org. There's alot there on third gen camaros

Might I suggest that you trade that camaro off on a real car. What you need is a 1988 Yugo GV. 1.1litre engine, 4 speed tranny, real working ram air hood. How can you go wrong? A true kick *** car for a kick *** driver.

As usual the typical stupid Honda answer. She wants to go faster. The only way Honda and faster end up in the same sentence is when the word not is included.

there is many things you could do one thing is you can do an engine swap depending on what is in there but I think a small block 350 would do the the trick. you could also put a flow master exhaust system. or possie rear end would also give it bettter traction of the line
