You are thinking of a commercial. It was a commercial, I think, for a Volkswagon. It had this music that went "Da, Da, Da". These kids were driving a VW, they picked up a used chair someone had thrown out. Then, they realized that it stinks, and threw it out.
I don't know the song or artist.
