Are a few sites that carry a wide variety of roms.
there are a few burners out there than can burn you a Cd with a complete collection of roms. you have to pay for the time of burning and the CD.

The Frogger games of that time were released on the PS1, not the N64. But I would try http://www.freeroms.com or do a google search. Good luck!
