Strange dream...?

Question

I have recently been suffering from nightmares and here are some of my strange dreams...


Another dream that I am having is one of being chased. I am running from someone that I don`t know and I end up hiding in my neighbor/ex-boyfriends house. I try to call 911 and I can`t get through, the number is busy, and other times I can`t get the numbers right. I also try to start praying my dream and I just can`t get my prayers out.

I am really having some serious issues with my dreams to the point of not wanting to sleep at night and then when I do sleep, I sleep for 12 hours or more because I constantly wake up from my bad dreams. After I do wake up, I have the worst headache and I feel like I haven`t slept at all. Does anyone have any insight or similar experiences?

I have had that dream too. I am trying to call for help and I cannot push the buttons or get anyone on the line or no one understands what I am saying if they do come on the line etc.
It is not a pleasant dream!
I started to take a B complex vitamin and it helped. I drank more water which sounds like a given but some ppl just don't get enough! I also addressed the anxiety level in my life. It may be something that you are eating before bed also.

Again, you are trying to avoid something you do not understand and retreat into familiar territory. The fact that your attempt at getting help failed means you are going to have to face this issue head on even though you do not want to.

that's funny,because a lot of people are reporting lately about having some bad night mares.i had a bad one last night also.i dreamt that i woke up in the funeral home and was watching them embalm me,and all of a sudden i sat up and the mortician screamed and said that i was still alive and they had all ready embalmed me,and they were rushing me to the hospital to get some blood.it was a weird dream and i woke up in a cold sweat.

i dont have bad dreams/ nightmares often but i did have 1 last night (my old tutor class was on a trip with our english teacher and we were in sum kind of hall w8in 2 c pharell and it was rather hot out me and my m8s managed 2 get the front seats but the sun was shinin directly on me where we were. in my class there is this 1 boy i really dont like imparticualar bcoz he used 2 pick on me and him and hes m8s started on us as they wanted the front seats and he sprayed water in my face expectin it 2 offect me but coz i ws hot it was refreashin.) at which point i woke up feeling really wierd all hot and kind of chocked like i couldnt breath. i hope ive helpped by sharing my experience.
