Black tires actually have traces of diary product within the interior of the base, this is why (naturally) once the tire is put under pressure, a black air borne fabric will appear.

For the same reason that brown wood produces white smoke. Fire is a chemical reaction. As chemical compounds change, so do their colors.

why is the sky blue? It just has to deal with the part of the spectrum that the smoke reflects.
