ok, i'm on the goron level and have gotten into the mines, BUT I FORGOT TO GET A HYRULIAN SHEILD!!!!!!and it was dark, now it's light outside but everywhere and everything is STILL CLOSED! is there, like a way to get out of this situation WITH a Hyrulian Sheild?

You just ride on Epona outside in the field till it turns day. May take a while though, but you really don't need the shield to beat the boss or anything. Just makes it a little more convinient. And about that shop closed in daylight thing... Maybe a glitch. Turn your wii off and on.

U go into the field and move around then it turns day and, its in the shop with the little kid maybe u havent been in the right place

I think you have to beat the goron mines before they open the shop in Kakaro village.

just run around hyrule field until it turns day and then go back
