We can't fight our way out of Iraq let alone taking on Iran . Iran 's threat to the US is to keep us entangled just enough to marginalize our effectiveness. As things stand right now we are using billions of dollars in Iraq simply to be an observer to their sectarian self destruction. Iran simply will wait until the US gets exhausted and withdraws. They intend to be there forever and can just wait until we leave. Sadly we will leave them as the major power broker in the middle east with Israel a sitting duck for Iran's wrath.

I think the question should be like this " is USA a threat to the world?? " Yes it is, they keep putting their nose in every country, not knowing that USA is one the most corrupted culture... Besides Iran is one of the most power full country in the world, we shouldn't mess around with him..

Iran is absolutely no threat to US. However, US is an absolute threat to Iran and there is a great danger Iran might be turned in to another Iraq
