The game was played two days ago and Kobe was suspended one game today by the NBA.
Do you think the league is fair? If it was Manu hitting Kobe, do you think it was going to be the same suspension?

Absolutely. I was watching the game and it was noticeable in real time. Watching it in slow motion made it very clear that after shooting, Kobe swung his arm to the right, directly into Ginobili. Whether it was in frustration or just trying to keep Manu from getting to the ball, it was intentional and should have been called a foul.
If the roles were reversed Ginobili probably would have gotten a 5 game suspension for hitting a "star" player.

I'm 100% sure that it was unintentional. Watch the replays, if you get stripped of then ball when you go up for a shot like when Ginobili blocked Kobe, then your arms go out like that.

Unintentional!!! I dont even thin Ginobili would have gotten anything for it.. And why didnt they just call the Foul then, why wait til he flew out to NY 7 hrs before the game to suspend him! makes no sense!

IT WAS UNINTENTIONAL, EVEN A BLIND MAN COULD SEE THAT.
