Bleach does work very well if you don't mind the smell.

I use Coca Cola in a spray bottle. Seriously it works. The acidity in the coke eats at the mold and mildew.

For regular maintenance In a dry shower I rub a dryer sheet on all of the walls and the door. After you take a shower the water just runs right off.

Very good product made by Zinseer called mildew and stain remover, comes in spray bottle around$6. Sounds like you've got a poor bathroom exhaust fan or you don't have one at all. You got to exhaust your moisture out while taking a shower, either a new fan or crack your window open, good luck.
