When they started making their platform changes in about Oct-Nov. Than they just stuck the anti virus in with it. Has anyone had problems with their auto update or their call center responses...i.e.: Different answers from different tech's.....having their answers be completely different.

I never did like Webroot. Try some of the following Anti-spyware programs. All are free for use and are very good.

download avg antivirus
it is free and good
why pay when it is free
also download ad-aware for spyware

alot of that has to do with gearing up for vista , once you have vista it might work right.
