It is legal but very annoying. When you do that you are making the receiver pay for your add (paper ink etc) might not seem like much however I work at a place where we would receive at least 10-20 unsolicited fax adverts everyday - some of them several pages long. The cost does mount after a while.

It's as legal as a telemarketer calling you on the phone.
We get tons of advertisement/faxes everyday.

I never heard of concent. If you mean consent, well maybe it is legal, but if you annoy people they won't buy your product.

Not sure how legal it is, but I can guarantee you that it's a surefire way to get ignored. And if advertising is your goal, all you are doing it ticking people off so that they will never buy anything from you.

I believe that they just passed legislation making this illegal. You are wasting the resources of another company when you fax them spam using both toner/ink and paper with your junk. Waste your own ink and paper and pay the postage.

No corporation appreciates it. It does no longer generate any new sales for them. i'm getting stuff sent to me as quickly as I request it yet unsolicited flyers get the around document at my place of employment.
