No, feline lukemia is a cat only diesease, it is extremly contagious between cats.

No. Feline Leukemia is not a zoonotic disease, which means it cannot spread outside of the species. It is, however, horribly contagious between cats.

No, it is only contagious to other cats by way of direct contact. And, NO, people can't contract it either.
