Not literally sight, no. They don't have sight.
They can have "love at first perception" to the same degree as sighted people can have love at first sight though...yes.
Same feeling and experience, through a different peripheral.

of course they do. if you think of it like this...blind people even dream, but their visuals are more sensations, sounds, feelings, and internal "things seen", than visuals. they just fall in love at first sight in the same manner. the sensation or feeling they receive from another person can be just as intense as the 'visual' we get when we see someone. senses, simply put, are senses.

They probably have an even better judgement than those who can see and have "love at first sight"...becasue they can go by their emotions, and not have beauty interfere.
