ABA approved schools generally require a bachelors degree first. The first tier ones certainly do.

It's possible, but harder than getting in from a 4 year. Law schools take all kinds of majors from undergrad, but it's very competitive, so if you want to go to a good law school, you should almost certainly go to a regular 4 year university (or start out in a community college & transfer to a 4 year to finish). You should go to this site: http://www.lsat.org/
They have all the info you'll need to take the LSAT (the test you have to take to get into law school) & a lot of other links to information about different law schools. If you have one particular law school in mind, you should go to that school's site to see what they require. P.S. A bit of LSAT advice: from all the people I've talked to & compared results with, studying for the LSAT through one of the prep books is just as effective as taking a class, so there's no need to spend a ton of money on the class-just get a good review book, like from Princeton Review.

You can go to community college and get all your pre-reqs done, which is pretty much all you do in your first 2 years of college anyway.

You can then, hopefully, transfer to a 4-year college and finish your undergrad degree and go on to law school.

Many community colleges are offering couses such as 'legal assistant' and 'legal secretary', but I'm not sure if graduating from them would be sufficient enough to get your way into law school.
