I was in an automobile accident where my car's bumper was replaced and painted. Now 6 months later the paint is chipping, bubbling and peeling. However I have moved 2000 miles away since then and the place I was sent to by the insurance company isnt a chain but an independant business. As well the insurance claim is closed. What is the best cheapest and easiest way to get my car back to normal. Thanks

You need to tell the insurance company the job wasn't done right. It's their responsibility since they sent you there.
