I think their all mega icons but I'll say Michael Jordan made the bigger impact...... MJ turned non basketball fans into basketball fans, til this day you'll hear his name more then the other icons, you'll also see his face more often then the other icons, and he's still making money on top of money...... Everyone got to have a pair of MJ's!

The Beatles by a mile.

The Beatles were the biggest musical act of all time, they influenced all musicians that came after them including Michael Jackson who actually bought the recording rights to some of their works. Even "The King" was intimidated by them. I think Michael Jordan was probably the greatest basketball player of all time but he benefited greatly from the explosion the NBA realized in Magic and Bird's showtime 1980's. Muhammad Ali was probably the number two on this list but heavyweight boxing has waned in popularity in recent years while the music industry has continued to thrive. Thus more people continue to be influenced by John, Paul, George and Ringo.

Mohamed Ali and Michael Jackson are the most famous around the world! I never heard of Elvis Presley and the beattles but if you go to any place in this world, even the nomads that live in Sahara desert know MICHAEL JACKSON and MOHAMED ALI!

Michael Jordan? Take a look outside your U.S window.... nobody has any interest in basketball so Michael Jordan is probably the lowest on that list in terms of global impact.

Define what you mean by impact anyway? I assume you mean affecting a change in people's lives globally. I guess the Beatles (learn to spell it) might win this strange contest in that their music greatly impacted today's modern culture and pop iconography! Elvis a close second in the same way.

Michael Jackson has contributed to more global awareness of Kiddie Fiddlers.... he might come in 3rd.

Muhammad Ali, a great boxer and speaker... but his impact has faded nowadays.

I´ll put them in order
1 The Beattles
still making riples now
I´ll then put both
Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley
for they change music for their time creating rock and roll
and promoting the growth of musical industrie
Muhammad Ali is also huge for him being and example of black and muslim
Michael Jordan, (uhm good if your middle age and got the tennis and all in its time but facing it he didn´t carry any message with him as did the Beatles , Presley or Ali)

Beatles, they were World wide. their music was contraband in the old USSR. It sent a whole generation into rebellion.

Elvis was the white face surragate for black music, black southern music would have been 10 years later if there was not a white face on it.
